Foster / Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering and/or fostering for the Canadian Chihuahua Rescue and Transport (CCRT).

The purpose of this application is two-fold. First, we want to ensure that you are fully aware of the commitment of being a CCRT volunteer and/or foster. Secondly, we attempt to find the perfect match between you, your lifestyle and a foster/adoptive animal. As some of our rescue dogs have often led unfortunate lives, we don't wish to traumatize them further by moving them from foster home to foster home.

Please note that the CCRT does not sell your personal information, including email address, and we will only communicate with you as it applies to this application.

We regret that we are unable to accept applications from outside Canada. Should you wish to learn about Chihuahua rescue groups in the US, please visit our Links page.

Be sure to fill in all of the fields in the application. Should a question not pertain to you please put "n/a" in the field.

To submit your Online Application form, you must complete EVERY field. Should a question NOT pertain to your situation, then please put N/A (not applicable) in that field.
