Introducing sweet-as-sugar Annie
This 10 year young little gal came to us from a Quebec shelter, arriving on the same freedom ride as Stella (the puppy with the broken leg). Annie is a gentle lovebug – she loves all humans and animals.
Annie’s situation is something that occurs from time to time in rescue. When we were asked if we could help this sweet pea, we were advised that she had a fairly severe heart issue. Annie has seen our vet already and it has been determined that she is in congestive heart failure. Annie is in a loving, experienced, calm foster home and this is where she will live out her days. Her medical and emotional needs will be provided by CCRT and her foster family, who already love their furever foster.
We are honored to provide a very soft landing for Annie. Her days will be filled with love, warm laps, her own dog beds and blankets in sun squares, and delicious meals that will hopefully hide all of her pills 😉
