Hi Everyone!  I’m Bandit and I’m an adorable and energetic pup.  I was surrendered to CCRT as my incredible cuteness could not outweigh my puppy energy and the level of activity I require.  This doesn’t mean that I’m not a cutie patootie.  It means that as a busy 9 month old pup, I have boundless energy and require supervision and training.  I want to be the best version of myself and live my best life with you so it’s very important that you work with me on training and manners, whether this is achieved through obedience school or with consistency at home.  I’m a smart cookie and love to learn.

Here are some important facts that my new family must know about me:  I love cuddles!  Your lap must always have space for me.  I like all of my toys but if you offer me your lap and cuddle time, I will always choose you over my toys.  I love walks!  Just love them!  My foster Mom says that I walk fairly well on my lead and I love to practice my leash manners as often as possible.  I will never turn down a walk.  I am learning that I am able to do my business anywhere outside that I choose, however, sometimes I forget so it’s a great idea to remind me what to do when I’m out sniffing and walking.  I’m just a pup and may have an occasional accident but if you’re patient with me, I promise to master my bathroom manners with your encouragement, patience and consistency.  I love when you call my name and will always come to you when called.  I am now learning to master “sit” and “stay”, which I understand are pretty basic and should take no time to master.  My foster Mom says that I’m the sweetest puppy energy and I can add that I have lots of love to give and love to receive it too!

I have visited the vet, where I received my vaccinations, a microchip and I had my neuter surgery.  I’m all ready to be your perfect, loyal and loving companion.  Now here are some important things that I and my rescuers require of my new family:

*Training is a must and attending obedience classes with me is a plus.

*You must work from home, be retired or only be away from home for short periods.  I’m a busy pup and need you.

*It would be ideal if you have another playful dog already that I can both learn from and play with.  Of course, the dog must welcome and enjoy a puppy sibling with puppy energy.

*A secure, fully fenced yard would be amazing for me but please don’t leave me out there alone, unattended.

You can purchase a sweater and/or blanket for Bandit, or any of our other foster dogs. Please consider becoming a CCRT Sponsorship Angel for any of our fosters by making a cash donation towards their care.
