We very much appreciate your interest and support! Know that we are all volunteers and we review each application carefully and as quickly as we can.
The next step will include one of our volunteers contacting you to discuss your written application, and answer any questions you may have about the CCRT and dog rescue.
Thank you for helping us save more deserving chihuahuas!
The CCRT mandates that all pets currently in an applicant’s home be spayed or neutered (unless as per the advice of your veterinarian) before we will consider placing a rescue dog with you. We believe very strongly in the importance of spaying/neutering for many reasons, including the improved health of the pet as well as helping to curb the high incidence of unnecessary/accidental breeding. CCRT also mandates all pets need to be appropriately vaccinated as per vaccination protocol (unless as per the advice of your veterinarian).
