Things are going great here. Chewie and Bella are adjusting well and making our home full, loving and oh so entertaining!
It is easy to see why the CCRT called them a “bonded pair” and refused to adopt them out separately. We are certainly thankful they are in our home and the only reason we didn’t get them sooner is because we were to travel south in January and didn’t want to leave them in someone else’s care so soon.
They go outside to do their business even though it is so very cold. It’s true they need quite a bit of urging and a few tries but they do go. Needless to say we are all looking forward to spring and warmer temps to take walks and use up some of the energy that’s built up.
