China Lynn passed peacefully away on November 27, 2014  Rest in peace, sweet one.

China-Lynn ws a long-term foster dog under the care of Canadian Chihuahua Rescue and Transport (CCRT).  Her home is in London Ontario. Here is her story.

Chihuahua China Lynn

China-Lynn came to CCRT surrendered with 3 other dogs. The chihuahuas’ elderly owner was no longer able to look after them. China-Lynn is blind and requires costly eye medication which the rescue organization supports, and will continue doing for the rest of her days.  She came into dog rescue at the age of approximately 11 years, though she is possibly younger according to the vet. CCRT’s foster volunteer keeps her up to date with her shots now, and when she came in she was spayed and had a dental procedure to make her as healthy and comfortable as possible.

Most importantly for her long-term care family, China-Lynn is completely loveable!! She smiles at you!! When she wags her tail, her whole bum wriggles.  It appears that she was given a lot of treats and food from the table, so her foster family has slowly weaned her off and slimmed her down for her own best health.

She loves to please and has done her best to understand the new rules about how to be a good doggie companion in the home.  She’ll walk up to you with a smile and tail wag and when asked if she wants to go outside, will run to the door. Her foster home also has other resident dogs and a cat, which is fine with her.

China-Lynn has so much love to give, and she now has a long-term foster home in which to give it. Her foster Dad says she’s a wonderful little dog and is a “bundle of joy.”
