Good evening
I wanted to give an update on Mocha Roo… first up, is a big one… he’s got a new name: Hot Dog! 🌭
He and I have had a wonderful first month together. He seems to have really started to settle in. Our walks, when it’s not freezing cold, have hit up to 3KM! He sure is talkative when it comes to “yummies” time, or the walk afterwards when he sees another dog. He doesn’t like to wake up early with me on days when I’m in office (but that gives me time to get ready and then, get him ready.) His new dog walker, Auntie Momo, is in love with him, and has seen marked improvements between her first few visits. So far, not a single accident. Though there is a clip of him cocking a leg on a jacket of mine… though he didn’t go through with it… the leg dropped quite swiftly! Hahaha.. He loves his big new crate, and bounces between snuggles with me on the couch, and his little “cave” to cool off. Hot Dog seems real happy, and we’ve been working on different skills (lay down, crawl, stay, and come!) That last one has been interesting to see. “Hello? Are you talking to me?”
Anyways, just wanted to send a quick update and big thank you, I think it’s a really good fit! I hope you all had a wonderful break and that this new year hasn’t been too much pressure (we’re already diamonds).
