BONDED PAIR: to be adopted together
Mikey and Mitzi are two of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet, and we are very surprised that they have not been adopted yet. Their foster mom says that they are absolutely wonderful and will bring joy to their forever family.
This bonded pair came to us from a shelter where they were surrendered by their owner who, sadly, was no longer able to take care of them. They are best forever friends and we would not think of separating the two dogs.
Mikey and Mitzi are fun-loving dogs with lovely temperaments. They really enjoy going for walks every day and playing together. Both of them are quite sociable with humans and other dogs.
Mikey, the smaller of the two, is a very handsome long-coat Chihuahua with a big personality. He is the first to greet you and jump on your lap. Mikey is neutered, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, and our vet has taken care of his dental needs.
Mitzi is a short-coat Chihuahua with a soft, shiny coat that does not shed much. Like Mikey, she loves to cuddle with anyone who is willing. She has luxating patellas which are common in small dogs, and they do not bother her at all. Mitzi is spayed, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and she has had her teeth cleaned.
These little sweethearts are housetrained and their forever home could be a condo or a house. They do like to be close to their humans, so someone should be home for at least part of the day. Any children in the home should be over the age of ten unless they are very dog-savvy.
