    hello this is vanessa blanco i filled out a form to addoot cj but that didnt work out so i was wondering if i have to fill out the form agian if am interested in another dog

      You don’t necessarily need to complete another application. However, you should start by contacting the Regional Coordinator you were dealing with during your CJ application and let them know you are interested in Milo. Thanks!
