Friday, April 12, 2019 Rest in Peace
“I’m very sad to share with you that we put Frankie whom we adopted about 3 and a half years ago to rest on Friday April 12th.
He was diagnosed with a very fast growing tumour in his nose in January after a dental cleaning visit to the Vet. He put up a good fight but was starting to suffer and we did not want to prolong the inevitable. It was extremely painful for both Aubrey and I to have had to make that decision, especially for Aubrey as they both became very fond of each other.
We have enjoyed our brief time with Frankie immensely and that little rascal dog has left a huge hole in our hearts. We had him cremated and his ashes put in a beautiful cedar box with his name engraved on it. It brings tears to my eyes every time I think of him, he was so precious. I have attached a recent photo of Frankie that is one of our favourites.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be his adoptive dog parents, we have loved every minute with him.”
