June 10, 2019: Adoption Pending

Meet Zoe!

Look at the sweet, imploring face on this tri-coloured girl! It’s clear that little Zoe is in search of a forever home that can give her plenty of walks and cuddles. Here’s what she wants you to know:

Zoe came into CCRT’s care after her owner surrendered her. Zoe struggled with severe separation anxiety when first adjusting to her foster home and though CCRT has deemed her ready for adoption, her new family will have to be aware that this sweet girl will need some work in this area.

Despite only being a year old, Zoe is, in many ways, a perfect lady. She is well-socialized and gets along with pretty much anyone: dogs, cats, humans. Her foster family reports that she is house-trained and walks well on a leash.

Zoe is healthy and energetic and just loves to cuddle!

CCRT is seeking a non-apartment or condo home for Zoe, as she sometimes howls when left alone. This is part of her separation anxiety. Her foster family reports that she is not destructive when left alone, just fussy for a short period and unfortunately, neighbours that share a wall with this little gal might not be so pleased.

A dog buddy is preferred and she needs pee pad to use at all times.

Zoe would benefit from a detached home with a loving family who also has another small dog for her to play with.

If Zoe sounds like the girl for you, please complete an adoption application for her. You can also purchase a sweater and/or blanket for her, or any of our other fosters dogs.

Please consider becoming a CCRT Sponsorship Angel for any of our foster dogs by making a donation towards their care.
